Sagar is a passionate and skilled yoga teacher with a strong foundation in yogic sciences and a heartfelt commitment to promoting holistic well-being. With 6 years of teaching experience, Sagar has guided individuals from various backgrounds in their journey toward physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth.

Sagar holds a Master’s degree in Yogic Science, which has deepened his understanding of yoga’s traditional principles and modern applications. He has also completed the Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) twice, equipping him with advanced skills and techniques to provide tailored guidance to his students.

In addition to teaching, Sagar actively volunteers at Khushi Charitable Society, an NGO dedicated to spreading the benefits of yoga and wellness to underserved communities. His work reflects a genuine passion for making yoga accessible to everyone.

Sagar is currently teaching at several renowned yoga schools in Rishikesh, the global hub of yoga, where he inspires students to embrace a balanced and mindful lifestyle. He also conducts online yoga sessions for students worldwide, bringing the transformative power of yoga to homes across the globe.

His teaching approach blends traditional wisdom with modern insights, ensuring a comprehensive and enriching experience for practitioners of all levels. Whether it’s physical postures, breathing techniques, or meditation, Sagar emphasizes the importance of alignment, self-awareness, and personal growth in his sessions.

Aparna Rana is a highly experienced and dedicated yoga teacher with a profound passion for promoting holistic health and well-being. With over 13 years of expertise in the field, Aparna has transformed the lives of countless individuals through her comprehensive and compassionate approach to yoga.

Her academic background is rooted in a deep understanding of traditional and modern practices. She holds a Master’s degree in Yoga, completed over two years, and a three-year diploma in Naturopathy, which has equipped her with the knowledge to integrate natural healing techniques into her teachings. Aparna has also expanded her skillset with certifications in Face Yoga (1 month) and Sound Healing (15 days), adding a unique dimension to her yoga sessions.

Since embarking on her teaching journey in 2012, Aparna has worked with various esteemed organizations and platforms. She has been an integral part of Khushi Charitable Society, Naturvilla Wellness Centre, and Yog Niketan since 2018, where her classes have been widely appreciated for their depth and effectiveness. Her dedication to community service is evident through her six-month tenure teaching yoga at a government school, where she inspired young minds to embrace mindfulness and physical fitness. Additionally, Aparna has been conducting online yoga sessions since 2018, extending her reach to students across the globe.
